Moorecroft is seeking to hire a Senior Process Architect in the Burbank area. This engagement will be a contract for 6+ months with the possibility of going longer.
Senior Process Architect
Hybrid - Burbank area

- In this role, you will transform the organization by defining "what good looks like" for Enterprise Technology.
- Focus on high-priority tasks and serve as the process competency center for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understand and address process issues with creative solutions and quick wins.
- Leverage simple processes to deliver end-to-end efficiencies and tools.
- Document current processes and provide recommendations for quality improvement, error reduction, and resource optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Evaluate existing processes through various methods, including interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Provide leadership and expertise in designing and improving processes.
- Analyze data for trends and suggest improvements, linking business strategies to process enhancements.
- Recognize structural issues, functional interdependencies, and redundancies within the organization.
Preferred qualifications include experience in ITIL, Lean, CMMI, and Agile methodologies. Required qualifications consist of a relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years of process improvement or quality engineering experience, and the ability to collaborate in an ambiguous environment while influencing and facilitating change across various functional areas. The role involves applying architectural principles and modeling business processes effectively.
