The VP, Sr Portfolio Manager is responsible for the management of Healthcare investment products. Creates and implements the Bank's Healthcare investment strategy and approach within stated investment guidelines. Responsible for the financial risk and return of the portfolio through ongoing monitoring, reporting, risk management, and structuring of investments. Services large, complex portfolios for high new worth clients. Provides investment recommendations, presentations, and expertise to achieve client investment and service objectives.

Responsibilities: VP, Sr Portfolio Manager will support the Health Care Real Estate (HCRE) Portfolio Management team with managing existing HCRE & ABL loans.

The VP/Director will act as primary contact to Borrower's CFOs and Controllers. Will be responsible for vetting Borrower's compliance certificates and financial statements. Respond to Borrower's and Sponsor's ad-hoc requests.

Draft amendment, waiver and maturity extension request memos on an as needed basis.

The position requires a candidate to have strong presentation, credit and analytical skills that can multi-task and work in a high paced team environment.

Assist with special projects, audits, and other ad hoc duties on an as needed basis.

Will interact with Credit Management, Borrowers, support Senior Underwriters, Operations and Closing teams, and collaborate with peers.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $145,000 to $200,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications: Required

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting

Preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting

Master's Degree

Finance/Banking experience with 5 - 7+ years' experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) finance with focus on credit portfolio management and underwriting

Experience portfolio management/underwriting in Senior Housing, Skilled Nursing Facilities and ABL a plus

Skill(s): Completion of a formal credit training program

Strong analytical, financial modeling, written and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/MS Office
