37309BR Extended Job Title: Senior Planner - Maintenance (Facilities - Alberta) Org Level 1: Texas Tech Unv Hlth Sci Ctr El Paso Position Description: The role of Senior Planner- Maintenance will be responsible for the upkeep of the CMMS (WebTMA), ensuring that all preventive and breakdown maintenance are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner and will report to the Senior Director of Operations. Requisition ID: 37309BR Travel Required: Up to 25% Major/Essential Functions: + Responsible for inputting and/or ensuring that all work and preventive maintenance orders contain the necessary information for the efficient execution of the work. Responsible for obtaining accurate and relevant information from customers and relying this information to technicians via TMA, phone, or two way radios. + Responsible for accurately posting purchase orders and credit card transactions in TMA. In charge of making sure that all material, equipment, and labor are accurately accounted for in work orders and preventive maintenance before closing them. + Provides TMA customer support and training to all TMA users. + Responsible for relying accurate and relevant information for the proper and prompt execution of work. Responsible for the proper coordination and transference of information to technical trades for the immediate and efficient attention to emergencies. + Provide administrative support as required by supervisor. + Process all work orders ensuring that all cost associated with them (POs and credit card transactions) are properly recorded and accounted for in WebTMA. Sends work order closing notices to Facilities staff. + Responsible for maintaining accurate TMA records and updating data as required (equipment, task areas, users). + Maintain Campus Recycle Program + Responsible for keeping records complete and accurate for Joint Commission accreditation. Responsible for gathering the necessary information from team members and other administrative personnel to maintain the joint commission files up to date. + Create and update TMA home page tabs for TMA users. + Generates and creates reports and queries in TMA and other databases as required by supervisors. + Responsible for maintaining office and TMA files organized and accessible. + Maintain departmental 2-Way Radios. Coordinate repairs with vendors and update accurate records of personnel in possession of the equipment. + Responsible for maintaining the database and software to manage the security locker system. Responsible for coordinating repairs of the system with the vendor. + Attends seminars and other training, Facilities internal meetings and represents the Facilities at external meetings. + Must have and maintain valid State of Texas Drivers License and be listed as an approved driver as determined by Risk Management and insurance carrier. Must be able to pass the employee Criminal Background Check. + Manage the maintenance planning function to ensure that the work scheduling process is being performed and meeting targeted KPIs. + Responsible for the management of all the maintenance plans at TTUHSC-EP, ensuring that the maintenance work complies with statutory and local engineering standards and requirements. Using your own knowledge and the knowledge of the maintenance engineers. + Lead and develop and motivate the maintenance supervisors to ensure consistent ways of working across the team with common targets and KPI's + Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes. + Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP's values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution. + Perform all other duties as assigned. Experience in procurement and parts optimization. + Just in Time inventory protocol. + Understanding in the trades and maintenance to successfully assign the work orders to the appropriate shops.
