Job Description:

Join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team as a strategic and adaptable Senior People Consultant in the Customer Success business. We are searching for a talented individual who excels in a global and matrixed environment. With your strong influencing skills, you will collaborate with diverse teams to drive impactful people initiatives.

In this role, you will implement the P&C rhythm of business, providing guidance on employee relations and executing strategic people initiatives. Working closely with Customer Success Business Partners (BPs) and aligned executives, you will focus on key objectives such as employee recognition and rewards, employee engagement and retention, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), performance management, and team and leadership development. Together, we will shape our organization's culture and drive success.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Partners (BPs) and managers to proactively address employee relations issues and provide guidance and coaching to address behavior and performance areas.
  • Proactively monitor organizational and operational changes within the company to identify potential employee relations risks and develop proactive plans to address them.
  • Analyze diverse people data sets to uncover insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvements for enhanced organizational effectiveness. As needed, develop and conduct employee listening systems, such as exit interviews and pulse surveys, as needed to gather valuable feedback and insights for driving positive change.
  • Collaborate across the P&C team to develop a deep understanding of the full systems model at Zscaler; identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to scaling and transforming our function.
  • Manage people projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth implementation by coordinating teams, setting timelines, tracking progress, and communicating updates. Utilize strong project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience, supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in employee relations with excellent judgment.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration with employees from around the world.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, collaborating with business partners to drive resolutions, while taking initiative to organize information and bring solutions to closure.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a passion for positively impacting the organization and its employees.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, skilled in presenting clear and concise information.
  • Experience in successful project management, handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in M365 and G-Suite applications.


Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$122,500 - $175,000 USD
