Senior Operations Manager

Growing financial services firm is seeking a strong broker dealer operations manager to join their team.

Day to Day:

Monitoring and assisting with daily operations, including clients' service matters, monitoring clients' trading activities, and money movement.

Assisting in identifying and drafting requirements and testing plans for the development of a back-office system.

Managing and reconciling daily cash balances, overseeing cash reporting and projections.

Managing daily trade settlements and resolving issues.

Handling ACAT processing.

Must Haves:

Series 7 & 63 with the ability to obtain Series 24 within 6 months.

Minimum of five years of Financial Services experience in Middle and Back-Office Operations.

Broad understanding of the brokerage industry, specifically Settlements, Corporate Actions, ACAT's, Reconciliation, and Cashiering functions, and associated regulations pertaining to these areas.

Base Salary - $130,000-$155,000 depending on experience
