Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pricing and Compliance Analyst to lead our MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), Authorized Reseller, and IP Compliance programs across multiple Business Units. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to pricing policies and compliance standards, as well as optimizing revenue growth management analytics. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, and legal counsel to drive pricing strategy and enforce MAP policies effectively.

Position location: This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our office located in North Olmsted, OH to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Lead MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), Authorized Reseller, and IP Compliance programs across multiple Business Units within Fortune Brands which includes monitoring, tracking, and communication of enforcement
  • Manage the internal & external distribution & communication of all MAP policies
  • Partner with internal & external legal counsel and vendors to optimize MAP enforcement and guidance
  • Complete weekly MAP monitoring and compliance tracking to manage enforcement process
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to understand business objectives and set performance measures.
  • Facilitate the definition of pricing strategy, processes, and tactics for Marketing, Sales, & Finance.
  • Establish and lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics that include predicting and tracking results around pricing, promotions and trade incentives for Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Support annual analysis to set pricing guidelines.
  • Conduct and support analysis across multiple large-scale data sources (structured and unstructured) to identify and socialize key facts and insights.
  • Apply relevant statistical tools to help build predictive models, improve customer segmentation, optimize product assortments, refine approach to pricing, and improve elements of the overall marketing mix.


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or related quantitative discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Pricing, Sales Support, or Marketing/Product type role is required. 7+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with Ecommerce commercialization process is a must
  • Strong project management mindset with robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Influence the strategic decision-making processes made by partners in Marketing and Sales by defining, monitoring and reporting ongoing key metrics from analyses; Continue to evolve key metrics as business strategies and objectives evolve
  • Establish processes and templates for Sales and Marketing team members to use to drive and measure the effectiveness of pricing, promotions and programs


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in market modeling and price elasticity in a Retail environment strongly preferred
  • Experience using process improvement and structured problem solving (e.g. Lean principles) a plus
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization toolkits such as Qlik, Spotfire or Tableau a plus
