- Certification in Network Security Tools, Application Security Tools, EDR, or Cloud Security Systems and Tools
- Minimum of 4 years' technical engineering experience in NST, SPT, EDT or CSST
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT environment and 24/7 support requirements
- Trained in organizational analysis
