The B2B Marketing Manager at Clair stands as a cornerstone within our ambitious, forward-thinking team, dedicated to redefining financial freedom for America's workforce. In this pivotal role, you will craft the blueprint of our B2B marketing execution and strategy working directly with the CEO and key stakeholders to drive our B2B efforts forward. Your primary objective will be to develop and refine robust marketing strategies and automation processes, directly influencing the direction and execution of our top of funnel and conversion efforts.

As a natural collaborator, you will work closely with the sales team, ensuring that the marketing strategies not only resonate with our mission, but also directly contribute to our B2B2C funnel. You will own the B2B customer across the company, ensuring that Clair's solutions are able to serve their unique business challenges. You will also lay the groundwork for marketing processes that are scalable, repeatable, and measurable, leveraging both your creative and technical skills to set a solid foundation for the marketing team's future growth.

In this role, your success will be marked by your ability to build on Clair's current capabilities, stand up a demand generation engine, and enhance our brand's presence and market reach through omni-channel campaigns.

What you'll do
  • Develop, align and execute a comprehensive B2B2C marketing strategy to generate and nurture enterprise leads, and employee conversion
  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to build a robust pipeline and convert targets into active prospects
  • Set up the foundation for and manage marketing automation tools, like Hubspot, to streamline campaigns and track prospects
  • Design the company's overall content strategy, aligned with the brand direction and the B2B sales strategy
  • Prioritize and launch omnichannel marketing campaigns, including PR, paid social, paid search, and other relevant channels
  • Design Clair's image within the broader HR Tech and Benefits industries, overseeing which events and groups we work with in order to grow our brand
  • Lead projects to automate marketing campaigns, improve sales nurturing efforts, and oversee targeted paid marketing campaigns
To be successful in this role you should possess the following abilities
  • Extreme familiarity with demand generation, and what it takes to drive an enterprise client from awareness to supporter
  • A wide range of talents, both technical and creative, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional partnerships, especially with sales
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving business landscape
Required Experience/ Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in marketing automation, lead generation, and working alongside sales teams and C-suite executives
  • Proficiency with Hubspot Marketing Hub preferred
  • Experience managing any or all of the following: PR firms, paid social, events, marketing automation, content strategy
  • Some experience hiring and managing cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and website designers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $135,000 - $145,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
