We are looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

Compensation: $156,000 - $177,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

About the role

Reporting to the SVP of FP&A, this role will be responsible for partnering with the business team to support and drive sound financial decision making in a dynamic and fast-paced business. This role will provide accessible and digestible financial data and analyses and will equip business leaders with actionable insights to guide capital allocation, budgeting, resourcing, and business case decisions. Additionally, the person in this role will drive core financial reporting and will relentlessly pursue improvements to the financial forecast and long term financial model to position the function for operating as a public company.

Responsibilities

Build and relentlessly improve upon financial models that analyze and provide visibility into our cost structure and core operating levers

Help produce the annual operating plan and rolling forecasting

Own Rokt's consolidated financial reporting process including the production of regular updates to finance leadership and other stakeholders

Able to execute financial process improvements that drive automation and efficiencies

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience, including FP&A at a publicly-listed company, supporting the company through an IPO a plus.

Exceptional technical competency - able to bring structure to disparate data and build financial models to solve complex financial problems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate financial concepts to operating teams and financial insights to internal and external stakeholders

Ability to effectively distill complex information into consumable narratives or stories and curate communications for different audiences

Comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to parse out the "why" from the "what" and ultimately drive analyses to their logical outcomes

Experience with Adaptive Planning

Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
