Purpose: The Senior Manager, PFAS Operations will focus on building the PFAS line of business and assist in the set up and operation of the parts washer refurbishing segment. The Senior Manager, PFAS Operations is responsible for supporting revenue and profit growth goals for the lines of business and/or other product lines assigned. This includes the support of existing service offerings, and the identification and development of new opportunities.


Essential Duties:

  • Perform ongoing financial analysis of sales and profit and develop, implement, and communicate strategies for meeting Company goals.
  • Monitor, develop and implement pricing controls for PFAS services.
  • Assist field sales management with the programs related to their area of responsibility.
  • Assist in the development of the parts washer refurbishing program.
  • Monitor the performance of sales personnel on a weekly and period basis.
    • Identify potential problems or reasons for lack of adequate revenue growth or profit improvement.
    • Implement solutions to identified problems.
  • Work with outside vendors to develop equipment enhancements, trouble shoot problem areas on equipment, and recommend and apply solutions.
  • Ensure that Crystal Clean NHWPF have an adequate supply of reliable, functioning equipment while limiting supply cost.
  • Report progress of the sales and profit performance to Special Projects Manager.
  • Present a positive image of Heritage-Crystal Clean to fellow employees, external contacts, and the general public.

Work Experience

  • 10+ years relevant experience

Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or business management related experience.

Specific Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach with hands, stand, walk, drive frequently, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Essential duties require bending, squatting, and twisting frequently. Employee will frequently be exposed to dirt, dust and fumes.

Noise level of the environment is generally moderate but may vary depending on customer site visits. Occasionally may be required to lift/move up to 75 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
