Job Description: Senior Manager, Medicaid / Pharmacy Benefit Account Management ON-SITE in ELKRIDGE, MD Relocation assistance + Sign-on Bonus available About the Role Lead the team in offering various innovative Drug solutions to Government clients Responsibilities Ensure compliance with contract requirements and be the client point-of-contact Formulating and administering company policies for compliance Meeting P&L targets to deliver on revenue targets Assist in determining reimbursement methodologies using the National Drug Code (NDC), current version. Identifying opportunities and identifying potential new sales and partnerships Working on-site for client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships Requirements Manage an organizational unit within a healthcare client (Medicaid pref) MD Pharmacist license required (attain within 6 mo) (req) PMP or other Proj Mgt Certification (attain within 6 mo of System Impl) Min 3 years client-facing management exp providing services to large health care claims processing organizations; incl. min two (2) years of Pharmacy Point of Sale exp Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement solutions Exp with contract administration, overall project management and scheduling, dispute resolution, personnel issues, and status reporting Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and experience in P&L management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Working For You Perks and rewards designed for you: Health and Welfare Benefits Retirement Savings Employee Discounts Career Growth Opportunities Paid Training Paid time off Great Work Environment Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $110k-143K.
