We are currently seeking an Optimization Sr Finance Manager for Work Dynamics Finance Transitions. This role will partner with the Finance Transitions Lead and dedicated Finance team for new clients and expansions to existing portfolios, providing best in class support and guidance. Our Sr. Finance Manager is responsible for providing teams the tools necessary to be successful. There may be travel required based on client needs.

  • Review /o versee month-end activities and ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results and reconciliation with client billing.

  • Provide guidance for monthly client variance reporting (and forecasting where applicable) .

  • Function as a resource to facility/project teams and client to ensure understanding and adherence to key procedures and processes , inclusive of effective Purchase Order /Work Order management .

  • I dentify issues post go-live and to ensure the appropriate individuals are brought in to resolve .

  • Have a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of all finance and accounting systems & processes.

  • Review all interfaces to client's systems (where required ) and proper reconciliations.

  • Ensure Finance team maintains a working knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any relevant amendments or appendices , with a process in place to manage change orders .

  • Confirm Finance lead has been trained as has a working understanding of our processes including corporate finance management (monitoring JLL P&L for the assignment, corporate receivables, and quarterly revenue attestation ).

  • As part of Optimization phase ( 180 days post go-live) Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new planning & reporting tools.

  • Identify and implement process re-engineering opportunities.

  • Partner with Finance Transitions Leadership to develop optimization program.

  • S erve as Finance Transitions Lead as needed .

  • Special projects and other functions as required by manager .

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience

  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.

  • WD Finance on-account and/or Transitions Experience required .

  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners .

  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage/track time and workload to meet organizational needs .

Estimated compensation for this position is:

140 000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
