This high performing leader will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda. For this role to be a fit, you must be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to work in fast paced and ever changing environments. You should be able to guide the organization in the proper way to leverage new systems and be able to understand how new technology developments impact the company.
The Main Ingredients:
This position has direct responsibility in the following key areas:
The candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects delivering business processes supported by technology in the EPM space including consolidations, zero based budgeting, and annual FP&A planning.
Will lead integration conversations across processes with finance and accounting.
Drive gap resolution process in close cooperation with Global Functional Leads and Business Leaders
Support change management activities for projects (Change Impact Assessment, Communications, Training)
Direct and control project budgeting, and reporting while liaising with the PPM team
Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes
Drive system support for tax and accounting compliance (local statutory and US GAAP)
Be able to provide training to all end users on the financial planning systems.
Support business readiness (people, data, processes, procedures, technology)
Drive creation and execution of the cutover plan
Drive stabilization and handover to Shared Services and Support Organization
Drive knowledge transfer to the ongoing support area

Oracle EPM functional and configuration experience
EPBCS implementation is a plus
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership ability
Has led large scale, global EPM implementations with focus on Finance
Is able to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
Able to assess and judge staff skill levels and to delegate appropriately
Demonstrates flexibility regarding change of assignments, focus, priorities and needs
