BA/BS with significant coursework in advertising, production, creative and/or marketing

Successful experience in a professional environment; 3+ years in an agency setting desired.

Client support in financial services and an understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred.

Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.

Anticipate, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues.

Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies.

Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
