Location BENTONVILLE, AR Career Area Engineering Job Function Civil Employment Type Regular/Permanent Position Type Salary Requisition WD What you'll do at Position Summary What you'll do Works closely with the Project Management team, Civil Engineering Firms, Developers and Portfolio teams to provide quick and accurate conceptualWorks with local and state jurisdictions and has a in depth comprehension in entitlement and permit review and approvals.Understands Surveys, Geotech reports and Environmental Phases to deliver designs based off information collected from these reports.Has knowledge of Walmart site design standards to review and enforce accurate plan delivery.Supports Designs for the Project Management team to develop and lead multiple Retail/Commercial Development projects by anticipating and understanding current process and value gaps.Utilize multiple methodologies to leverage data in order to inform business decisions ensuring data accuracy and credibility; managing efforts to support sustainable best practices and complex, organization-wide projects.Manages current and forecasted projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project designs to meet milestone fluences change processes by making data driven recommendations to support multiple projects.You will work with Architects and Engineers to create plans that are resourceful and accurate to deliver project intent on time and on budget.Someone with a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management and 10 years plus of experience in this industry would be beneficial.Provides supervision, guidance and accountability to external consultants.You'll sweep us off our feet if you You have a growth mindset and believe in constant improvement for yourself and your business.You are a self-starter, resourceful and able to work effectively with little direction.You are a problem solver, proactive, and able to break down barriers.You have a startup mentality: scrappy, creative, able to work with ambiguity, and constantly iterating to be best-in-class.You are great at prioritizing and coordinatingaction plans with cross-functional teams, but also comfortable with shifting priorities.You have strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills coupled with strong communication skills to disseminate information clearly to all audiences of all backgrounds.You have proven strengths inmanaging stakeholders and conflicting priorities.Preferred qualifications Licensed civil engineerMinimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
