The Investment Product Marketing team is responsible for end-to-end marketing for investment products and platforms. The team is focused on marketing strategy through execution to support business objectives including building awareness and driving adoption amongst clients and prospects. This is a high-visibility role that will be a key contributor to the team, and have a direct impact on the company's overall growth and on achieving its objectives.


The Senior Manager will provide comprehensive marketing support for products the team is responsible for.

In this role, responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with partners and providing marketing expertise to help support business priorities and objectives
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies from planning through to launching multi-channel campaigns
  • Acting as liaison across marketing and other partners to execute integrated marketing plans
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with partners and coordinating cross-functional teams such as channel owners as needed, creative agencies, publishing, DDC, DAI, tagging, etc.
  • Project management including development process, schedule and delivery of creative
What you have

Required:

  • 7+ years marketing experience is required
  • Experience managing creative agencies is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Financial services product experience strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of investment products and investing fundamentals
  • Experience executing a wide variety of marketing tactics

The ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Excellent marketing program management skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful execution
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills to deliver sound marketing recommendations that drive business results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with business and marketing partners, and report out on marketing program status
  • Leadership and relationship-building skills, including the ability to build consensus with key partners, work effectively in a cross-functional/highly matrixed organization, and manage by influence
  • Sound judgment, planning, marketing management and organizational skills
  • A 'can-do', results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
