Senior Manager/Director of Product Marketing, Oracle Supply Chain Planning

We are looking for a top-tier Supply Chain Planning marketer that can participate in every stage of the marketing life cycle and be an acknowledged expert on the changing competitive landscape while evangelizing Oracle's differentiation and value. The Product Marketing Director will lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, enablement, and content for all of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning solutions and work closely with Development, Marketing, Services, Sales, and Channels to implement highly effective go-to-market and in-market strategies. Ideal candidates will understand customer buying behavior for supply chain planning applications and create content and messages that resonates with key personas and verticals. Superb attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer value and a compelling narrative is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign content and messaging (eg messaging frameworks, customer presentations, ebooks, videos, blogs) hitting all stages of the marketing and sales funnel.

  • Define solution positioning for the Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and its unification with Cloud SCM, including clear differentiation, use cases, and value propositions that can be understood both internally and externally.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Applications and define go-to-market initiatives-maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases.

  • Be the product and market expert that proactively collaborates and drives alignment across an array of internal teams (such as Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing) to define appropriate product marketing mix and strategy.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products as a participant or host of webcasts, speaking events, and communications programs, both internal and external.

Experience/Skills

  • 8+years' experience in product marketing within the cloud technology sector, preferably the Supply Chain Management space.

  • Ability to craft compelling, jargon-free messaging that succinctly conveys how a solution works, why it's important to the target audience, and how it uniquely helps customers.

  • An exceptional communicator, who can write, present, and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.

  • Track record of driving transformation and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent program/project management skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Creative, upbeat, and hardworking

  • Great teammate

  • BA/BS/MBA degree

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
