DescriptionResponsible for leading the BIG Rewards loyalty program and member experience. Responsible for leading, road mapping and championing program initiatives, establishing growth goals and strategies, monitoring and driving KPIs. Acts as the primary program contact for internal and external partners and stakeholders. 1. Develops program strategies to drive growth and improved customer experience across the loyalty program.2. Provides ongoing guidance to all program initiatives and leads cross-functional collaboration and communication that drives successful project outcomes.3. Responsible for managing internal partnerships and seeking new external partnerships to drive program value and growth. 4. Develops annual program goals and budgets and partners with internal resources to ensure alignment and support towards goal accomplishment. 5. Connects programs to brand marketing campaigns and promotional activity to drive value through loyalty membership as appropriate.6. Partners with Analytics and Finance to measure program and campaign performance and recommend hypothesis-driven tests and results-driven enhancements.7. Prioritizes opportunities and orients resources towards largest impact initiatives.8. Benchmarks competitive programs and stays current on innovations in the loyalty industry, with a view to driving continuous improvement and program relevance.9. Champions program marketing through all channels including website, store presence, and digital marketing assets.10. Works within direct team and other departments to establish KPIs, distribute insights, and maintain program knowledge across the business.Qualification1. Bachelor's degree required.2. Minimum of three years of experience in loyalty marketing and/or program management required.3. Multi-channel retail experience preferred.4. Demonstrated success through data-driven decision making, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.5. Proven experience in building effective cross-functional and external partner relationships.6. Ability to articulate objectives and strategies and distill data into insights and actions required.7. Must be a decisive, action-oriented individual with experience influencing others.8. Experience in establishing effective processes and prioritizing across projects in a fast-paced, complex environment required. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.9. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs.
