Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
• Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct and produce all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) as defined by the Unified Command Plan).
• All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct research, identify trends, gather and analyze information, provide indications and warning, conduct Joint Intelligence and Operations Center (JIOC) Watch duties, and provide publishable written intelligence products and briefings in the following subject areas: Geo-Political, Military Capabilities, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, and Compromise Mitigation Support, with a geographic focus on Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Central Asian States (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) as well as Russian and Chinese activities affecting strategic competition in the USCENTCOM AOR. Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education : Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
