Senior Land Development Desighner

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Senior Land Development Designer to fill an immediate vacancy. Responsibilities:
•  Review designs, drawings and meet specifications and industry standard within residential and commercial settings.
•  Development, maintenance, and implementation of CAD standards within the Civil/Land group.
•  Ability to draft and design within AutoCAD 3D drawings. Required Qualifications:
•  Associate degree in engineering or drafting technology.
•  A minimum of 10 years of experience as a CAD Designer.
•  Experience using Civil 3D package to create surfaces, alignments, and profiles.
•  Technical competency in storm water, flood plain and land development.
