Job Details

We are actively seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our expanding Management-Side Labor & Employment team at our offices in either Chicago or St. Charles, IL. The ideal candidate will possess an active Illinois bar license and boast a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in employment litigation. This includes a strong background in handling depositions, litigating in federal and state courts, trial experience, and proficiency in motion practice. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specifically tailored to employment litigation. While experience with labor is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Qualifications:

Active Illinois bar license
Minimum of 6 years of substantial employment litigation experience
Portable book of business
Proficiency in taking depositions, litigating in federal and state courts, trial experience, and motion practice
Proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment in employment litigation
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent communication skills
Deep commitment to client service
