Senior International Tax Manager

As a Senior International Tax Manager, you will partner with Finance and key global stakeholders to ensure the tax implications of all transactions are thoroughly understood and accurately reported. Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee all facets of tax return preparation (Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8975, 8991, 8992, 8993, 5713, FinCEN), ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and review complex tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

Conduct technical reviews of quarterly Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and monitor tax calculations supporting international provisions (E&P, PTEP, 988, 987, FTCs, APB 23, etc.).

Collaborate closely with various tax teams, including SALT, European, indirect, planning, and provision.

Partner with Senior Directors and the Finance team throughout the year to understand the tax implications of all transactions and ensure optimal tax reporting; communicate with business unit controllers regarding estimated cash tax payments.

Assist with tax planning projects.

Enhance tax processes by developing and implementing procedural changes and improving existing processes.

Manage specific process improvement initiatives, including creating tools and reference materials, and coordinating project rollouts.

Train, mentor, and inspire your team to improve their performance and development, addressing performance issues and making personnel recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5 years of experience in a corporate income tax department of a public company or a large public accounting or law firm, including 3 years of experience managing a professional staff.

Knowledge of international tax laws, U.S. Corporate Income Tax Law, and ASC-740.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Tax or JD.

CPA certification.

9 or more years of experience in a corporate income tax department of a public company or a large public accounting firm.

5 years of experience managing a professional staff.
