We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team. This role is deal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about insurance coverage law and possesses a proven track record in insurance coverage litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of insurance coverage cases, including class action lawsuits, and providing expert legal advice to our clients. 1. Handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in court.
2. Analyze and interpret insurance policies to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.
3. Represent clients in class action lawsuits related to insurance coverage.
4. Negotiate settlements and resolutions with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
5. Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive legal memoranda on complex insurance coverage issues.
6. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop effective litigation strategies.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior attorneys and paralegals.
8. Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulations and educate clients and team members on these changes.
9. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, presentations, and seminars.

Job Details

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including class action lawsuits.
4. In-depth knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Proven track record of successfully litigating insurance coverage cases.
7. Excellent negotiation skills with a history of favorable settlements and resolutions.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
13. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
14. Willingness to participate in business development activities.
