We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and self-motivated Senior Immigration Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. This is a permanent position that will provide you with an opportunity to work on a wide range of immigration cases and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality legal services. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration law, a proven track record as a senior immigration attorney, and experience in litigation. This role requires at least 3+ years of experience in the field.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Immigration Attorney, you will:
1. Handle all aspects of immigration legal matters, including preparing and submitting documentation, writing briefs, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients on immigration, citizenship, and related matters.
3. Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and procedures to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies.
5. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our clients.
6. Liaise with government agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and presentations to promote our immigration services.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to a state bar, with good standing.
3. At least 3+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney, with a focus on litigation.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law and procedures.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in immigration matters.
6. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to handle high caseloads while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team.
10. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
11. Bilingual skills would be an added advantage.
