Boeing's Defense Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Staffing Resource Lead to join their team in Titusville, Fl. supporting Air Dominance at a remote site. This position will be critical in business execution for the division. The Air Dominance Division includes developing the future of autonomous systems and next-generation aircraft and training systems, supporting cutting edge fighter jets like the F-15EX, or working in propriety spaces. Programs include Phantom Works, T-7 Red Hawk, F-15EX, MQ-25 Stingray, F/A-18 Super Hornet and the EA-18G Growler. This is a terrific role for candidates that wants to gain experience in leading at a site level and the stand up of new teams. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partner background. Position Responsibilities: Drive a site engagement plan that partners / aligns with the GEDI (Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) work, Boeing Resource Group (BRG) teams, Culture Engagement Teams (CET), State and Local team, and communications Act as strategic advisor and change agent, collaborating with leaders across multiple programs and platforms Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. talent management, performance enablement, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.) Work closely with HR COE's (Center of Excellence) to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs Utilize outcome-based metrics and talent data to drive solutions and inform decisions including, but not limited to, talent acquisition strategy Partner with hiring leaders across multiple disciplines, locations, and businesses to understand critical job requirements, create and implement a recruiting strategy and candidate generation strategies Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively partner with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Partner with finance for business and HR fiscal responsibilities and execution This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years in a business-facing Human Resources role 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes Experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines 10+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role Experience recruiting cleared talent and/or engineering leveraging market and competitive intelligence Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate and navigate at all levels of the company Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with people across different cultures Experience influencing teams and peers without direct authority Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills Typical Education & Experience: Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
