Job Title: Senior Golang Developer
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Go Developer to join our team. As a Senior Go Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable back-end code utilizing Go for REST API development, SQL database development and maintenance, unit tests, and design documentation. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Go Development and play a key role in analyzing complex system requirements, designing software tools and subsystems, and ensuring adherence to sound software engineering principles throughout the development process.
This position is not contract to hire, and will be hybrid based out of Charlotte.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- 3+ years of Go development experience.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting REST API endpoints.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- They are a Google Cloud Platform shop any experience with this will help
