The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote. Details for the position are as follows:

$55.56/HR based on experience.

2-year contract (Potential to convert to perm is the goal)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Global Media Project Manager to join our global team on a contractual basis, with the potential for conversion to full-time employment. Based in the United States, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in centralizing operations, refining processes, and enhancing communication across various teams and agencies. As the right hand to the Senior Director of Global Growth Marketing, you will influence strategic initiatives and drive growth through efficient operations.

Responsible for:

Organize and maintain G-drive and subfolders to ensure centralized storage of 100% of agency and team documents for easy accessibility and reference.

Facilitate seamless communication across the team for processes, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), planning sessions, team meetings, and other relevant activities.

Ensure the maintenance of team calendars to inform far in advance of deadlines that the team must meet, fostering proactive planning and execution.

Serve as the liaison between campaigns and shared services to ensure the creative and copy are delivered to us tighter based on the specifications we need, fostering alignment and adherence to campaign objectives.

Develop and sustain Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and planning templates to streamline reporting and planning processes.

Oversee budgets and facilitate Purchase Order (PO) creation to support the global team's operational needs, as necessary.

Ensure centralization of contracts, including agency annualized contracts, procurement documents, and other pertinent agreements.

Implement processes and templates to augment team operational efficiency or manage a creative materials library to facilitate smoother workflow.

Generate weekly reports on team performance metrics and furnish insights to executive leadership for informed decision-making.

Identify and enact innovative strategies to streamline operations and enhance collaboration across a dispersed global team and with cross-functional partners.

Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to gather data and populate dashboards, enabling effective decision-making across marketing initiatives.

Aggregate marketing plans into regional and global summaries within a multi-agency, global model for cohesive strategy execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree highly desired.

Proven project management experience, preferably in marketing or media.

Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritization and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in G-suite applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

Experience in budget management and contract administration highly desirable.

Familiarity with Allocadia or similar budget management software is advantageous.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities
