Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in serving as a key business partner and providing oversight for profit and loss (P&L) on key and highly-visible projects. This role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking, influencing decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for key business initiatives
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting process for assigned projects, providing accurate and timely reporting
- Perform detailed financial analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Provide P&L oversight for high-impact projects, ensuring financial goals are met
- Collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering actionable recommendations
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Actively participate in the professional development of junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and business partnering
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
