Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in serving as a key business partner and providing oversight for profit and loss (P&L) on key and highly-visible projects. This role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking, influencing decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for key business initiatives
  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting process for assigned projects, providing accurate and timely reporting
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Provide P&L oversight for high-impact projects, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering actionable recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in the professional development of junior team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and business partnering
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
