Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis function. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and a desire to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Analyze financial performance metrics (revenue, profitability, cash flow) to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

Conduct variance analysis to investigate deviations from forecasts and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate complex financial data to senior management and stakeholders.

Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Support with M&A activities by performing financial due diligence and valuation analysis (if applicable).

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and benchmark company performance against competitors.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis.

Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to a variety of audiences.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
