Location: Diamond Bar, CA office (NOT REMOTE); Territory includes regions in CA, NV, WA, and AZ (multi-state, multi-site position) San Bernardino County

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Executive of Healthcare Services is responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic plan, specifically tailored to deliver exceptional services and support to the individuals we serve. They oversee program quality and effectiveness across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. With a focus on a "Person-Centered" approach, the Senior Executive supervises a team of Quality Assurance Specialists to exceed minimum compliance standards.

This role also leads and monitors initiatives related to HCBS Final Rule Compliance and Person-Centered Thinking ("PCT") practices. Additionally, the Senior Executive compiles, analyzes, and reports value-based outcomes to drive quality improvement initiatives. Strategic recommendations and advice on enhancing service quality are essential in this position. The Senior Executive also collaborates externally with regulatory agencies and engages in advocacy to enhance service delivery.
Other Duties:
Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including timely reporting.
Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding compliance matters.
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate programs related to quality and risk management.
Identify and address potential risks and opportunities to safeguard business interests.
Recruit, train, and develop a talented team overseeing quality in specific geographical areas.
Collaborate with management in assessing strategic initiatives related to People, Service, Safety, and Cost.
Lead quality assurance integration for new acquisitions and participate in due diligence activities as necessary.
Monitor and report quality trends and key performance indicators for established programs.
Develop and implement remediation plans in partnership with operational leaders.
Provide regulatory training and technical assistance support.
Lead the development and implementation of new program designs and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of five (5) years of management experience if education is not completed.

Demonstrated knowledge of electronic service records and data management processes.

Strong understanding of county and state programs, regulatory requirements, and legal standards related to healthcare, special needs services, and behavioral health.

Experience in developing and delivering large-scale training curriculum.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in utilizing technology solutions and tools for data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.
