Pay Range: $69k - $72k/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), PTO, Vacations, Paid Vacation's pay and MORE.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to sites and lead offices for lead generation, follow up, and collaboration with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to determine total costs.

Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and jobsite specifications; utilizes software to write and present budgets, reports, project plans and communicates expectations with project team, Costing Manager, and clients, including but not limited to: Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses for jobs.

Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.

Assess the risk levels associated with potential projects; determine if projects can be accomplished by the company.

Assist operations team in identifying, writing, and estimating changes to jobsites and contract specifications.

Close sales by working with the Sales Rep and communicating prospective clients via phone call on an ongoing basis to ensure that contracts and bids are won, in accordance with the customers' specifications and budget, and are delivered quickly.

Utilize templates and software to send contracts and documents of approved estimates, bids, quotes, budgets, Master service agreements, to clients.

Provide strategic leadership to the Construction team, in a formalized pre-construction, material take off ensuring Project Managers are provided with initial project material budget.

Address any concerns of the field personnel.

Assist in ensuring awareness and company compliance to all building codes and local construction Guidelines.

Physical demands and work environment:

Minimum age of 18.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, see, hear, and speak for extended periods of time. Incumbent must be able to climb ladders, crouch, and bend.

Will be working near moving equipment and machinery, power tools.

Must be able to operate both hand and power tools, including saws, drills, hammers, etc.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis.

Must be able to travel independently to project sites.

Will be exposed to climate conditions when traveling to and visiting project sites. Worksites may include exposure to dust and dirt.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Successfully pass a DOT Medical Examination.

Requires valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.

U.S. citizen or proof of legal residency.

Previous construction knowledge is a benefit

Must periodically pass random drug screening.
