The Focus of organization is 100% customer satisfaction.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- 4-year degree preferred; relative career sales experience will also be considered- Minimum 10 years of recent sales experience, start-to-finish- High-level account management experience with minimum annual sales volume of $15M+- Experience selling Ag Equipment preferred but not required if you have solid knowledge/understanding of Ag Equipment- Strong sales leadership skill set with ability to Coach/Mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within location and across organization- Holistically-focused with regard to account management, sales of other products/parts sold within organization as well as services offered by organization- Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, organizational, computer/technology usage, and problem-solving skill set- Independent with performance-driven mentality yet able to work well within a team environment/culture- Preference for individual from area or looking to return to area who wishes to be an active member of the communityJOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Senior Equipment Sales Representative for several Ohio Ag business locations to oversee and maintain large customer accounts and to coach/mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within the organization.

Candidate sought will have experience managing a minimum sales volume of $20M annually. Employer is willing to look outside of the Ag Equipment industry if the candidate has good knowledge/understanding of farming operations and the Ag Equipment they use. This individual will have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced business environment where multiple priorities will be managed and a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge will be maintained.

Ideal candidate will either currently reside within general area of the business location or will be someone who grew up in the area and is now looking to return to the area and take an active role within the community.
