Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

As a senior electrical superintendent on our team, you will oversee all on-site activities for electrical projects, ensuring adherence to plans, budget, and schedule, while fostering strong relationships with contractors. Responsibilities include supervising superintendents, providing technical guidance, monitoring progress, addressing issues, and enforcing safety regulations.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience
• Active Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Commercial electrical construction experience
• Commercial High Rise projects experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Bluebeam, AccuBid, Raken, AutoDesk, Plangrid
• OSHA 30
