Responsibilities
- Design schematic and layout of mixed-signal circuitry
- Use circuit simulator tools such Keysight ADS to analyze end-to-end circuit performance
- Perform analysis to debug design issues
- Oversee contract manufacturing and suppliers
- Successful delivery of PCB/PCBA builds
- Develop test plans and use lab equipment to test and debug RF systems
- Develop automation scripts for measurement and documentation of RF systems
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in board-level bring-up, manufacturing, and testing
- Experience with schematic capture and layout of high-density RF PCBs in Orcad and/or Altium
- Working knowledge of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity principles associated with mixed-signal design
- Experience leading DFM/DFT reviews to deliver design manufacturability, testability, quality, and reliability
- Experience with IPC standards for PCB manufacturing, assembly, and test
- Experience with test equipment such as signal generators, power meters, Vector Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Matlab
Education
- BSEE is required, MS/PhD preferred
What Makes You Standout
- Experience with active RF circuits and a working knowledge of circuit simulators such as Keysight ADS
- Experience with phased array systems testing
- Experience with 3D EM simulators like Ansys HFSS or CST
- Understanding of cross-team dependencies including electrical, software, mechanical, thermal, and environmental
Salary range and description
- The salary range is informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary is determined based on your experience, credentials, educational accomplishments, and skills.

$151,000 - $174,000 a year

In-Person Requirement
