As Media.Monks continues to expand its Data & Digital Media capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Director to enhance our services in marketing analytics. This role entails supporting both existing and new engagements with marketers by providing actionable insights derived from the integration of clients' business metrics, 1P and 2P data, as well as paid media data. The Senior Director of Media Analytics will be instrumental in shaping the future of our market offerings through innovation in services, strategic team development, and by equipping our Growth and Account Management teams with essential tools for engagement with marketers.

This role is a combination of internally facing responsibilities - services development and operations - and externally facing responsibilities - working with partners, clients, and Media.Monks Growth and Account Management teams across engagements.


Responsibilities:
  • Owns media analytics product and services delivery across the client portfolio
  • Sets vision for account(s), oversees and develops analytics roadmaps and processes, and executes plans against short- and long-term deliverables
  • Understand business needs and lead the design and execution of cross-channel campaign measurement frameworks
  • Be a hands-on contributor in evolving and designing new, innovative measurement tools, from inception to delivery, through to global rollout
  • Work alongside client teams to set up test designs and run analyses to support test outcomes that demonstrate business performance and opportunity to improve
  • Lead and drive a team with a highly autonomous self starter culture
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor resource ensuring workflow is efficient throughout the team, as well as a high-quality output is delivered
About You The essentials:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, management information systems, or a related quantitative field or or equivalent work experience such as, economics, engineering and physics
  • Hands-on experience using SQL, Python, R, and Google Cloud (GCP) related products
  • Hands-on experience working with common ETL tools
  • Hands-on experience using Tableau, Datorama, and other common visualization tools
  • Expertise across programmatic display, video, native, and ad serving technology, as well as digital advertising reporting, measurement, and attribution tools
  • Adept to agile methodologies and well-versed in applying DataOps methods to the construction of pipelines and delivery
  • Experience in crafting meaningful narratives out of data and guiding team members to do the same
  • Ability to work across teams and seniority levels, influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability and desire to scale knowledge and learning to junior (and at times senior) team members
  • Strong grasp of the overall ad tech space, including but not limited to knowledge of our competitive set and their offerings
  • Ability to communicate recommendations and reasoning up to senior stakeholders to create buy-in
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in-person client meetings or client summits
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively operate both independently and in a team environment

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$150,000-$175,000 USD
