Our partner is seeking a Senior Director, Pricing Strategy to join their team in Burlington, MA. This role involves developing and executing pricing strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Build companywide pricing strategy and programs aligned with company objectives

Develop a roadmap for future strategic pricing functions

Lead and implement projects in collaboration with finance, marketing, product, sales, and customer success

Perform analysis to determine pricing strategies based on market research and analytical methods

Deliver recommendations to senior leaders and provide regular updates

Drive implementation of recommendations across various departments

Guide and conduct "Willingness to Pay" studies for new products

Create and refine pricing models for new and existing products

Collaborate closely with sales and product management to understand product positioning and usage

Develop business cases aligning pricing with customer value to drive growth

Oversee development of metrics and dashboards to monitor price performance

Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, competitor offerings, and market trends

Partner across product, go-to-market, and finance teams to deliver strategic recommendations and analysis for growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Pricing Strategy experience

Deep pricing experience, preferably in Security, SaaS, Software, or Cloud Platforms

Understanding of competitive offering pricing and discount structures

Broad commercial experience and acumen

Strong expertise in market and customer research

Analytical mindset and ability to work systematically

Prior experience leading change management efforts and working across cultures

Effective relationship-building and team management skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

Excellent presentation skills, including use of PowerPoint
