IBM is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead Army AWS GovCloud migration to Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) Impact Level (IL) 5/6 Secret/Top Secret Cloud. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience designing and implementing information management systems. Three years within the past five years of experience in technical research and development that enables continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience in product development, to include direct control and responsibility over subordinate developers working the development of a web-based, as well as data intensive system
Experience with provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOps and/or continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworks
Experience with commercial cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure), containers, server-less architecture, micro-services, web services, and RESTful API design Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline(s)
Experience with Terraform, AWS Cloudformation, or other cloud IaaC solutions
Experience with using and managing GitHub or alternative code repositories
