Senior IT Support Analyst -
  • Hands-on Windows desktop support building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues - Dell environment, autopilot / PXE
  • Microsoft 0365 Office - resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end user support
  • Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues).
  • iPhone email support - Airwatch (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues).
  • Service now experience, ticket and escalation handling
  • Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face to face environment.
  • AV meeting room support and troubleshooting
    • Cisco VCs
    • Solstice
    • App Space
    • Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor
  • Regional Technical Lead
    • Escalation point for the other desktop members
    • Opening tickets with Microsoft
    • Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and powershell scripting
    • Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
    • EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
    • Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
Process automation - power automate, MS Forms
