Senior IT Support Analyst - - Hands-on Windows desktop support building PCs and fixing operating system/driver/software issues - Dell environment, autopilot / PXE
- Microsoft 0365 Office - resolving customer issues, SME on SharePoint and Teams end user support
- Account administration (e.g. Active Directory, group policy, Okta, logon problems including remote logon issues).
- iPhone email support - Airwatch (e.g. mailbox setup and synchronisation issues).
- Service now experience, ticket and escalation handling
- Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face to face environment.
- AV meeting room support and troubleshooting
- Cisco VCs
- Solstice
- App Space
- Liaise with HQ team and local AV vendor
- Regional Technical Lead
- Escalation point for the other desktop members
- Opening tickets with Microsoft
- Windows Vulnerability management via RiskSense and powershell scripting
- Asset life-cycle replacement, reporting and recycling
- EMEA Meeting room monthly reporting
- Roll out of Tanium & ControlUp
