Senior Delivery Manager with Security Clearance

Description The Senior Delivery Manager works to develop the strategy and implementation of the IT work plan for one or more project tasks. Serves as the technology lead for the application, database and reporting features being developed and sustained as part of the contract. Translates business requirements into IT capabilities. Leverages Agile development methodologies to manage and deliver the system backlogs. Works closely with the functional SMEs, business analysts, developers and QA/QC team to design, deploy and sustain solutions to meet customer needs. The Senior Delivery Manager should possess 12+ years of experience in delivering complex IT projects in the domains of Applications, Mobile Tools, Cloud technologies etc. The candidate should demonstrate: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Work with customers to understand and implement new requirements. Analyze business needs, develop requirements, Work the product backlog of features and bugs
Work closely with the development team to develop the best technical design and approach for sustainment and development of new products/solutions.
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Perform and participate in design and code reviews. Factor in multiple systems and cross-system integration into account when designing and developing solutions
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, database and QA/QC teams with a special focus on training and professional development Have a sound understanding of/utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
Design and oversee sustainment and development of solutions which includes the technology stack of:
C with MVC Architecture
REST web services (ASP.NET Web API)
.NET Core MVC.Net
Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core(EF Core)
SQL Server
Azure DevOps Pipelines for Build / Release Automation
Architecture-Design: Cloud-native and Cloud-ready applications (API enabled, containerization)
API REST, API Gateways, Swagger, OAuth
Experience in Microservices Architecture
Working experience in Angular 7+ is a big plus
Requirements Ability to work onsite at client site in Daleville, AL for a minimum of 3 days out of the week. Remaining days remote.
B.S. degree in a STEM field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience required
US Citizenship
Active SECRET security clearance or above
PMI PMP Certification (preferred)
CompTIA Security+ Certification is required. (If not active, the candidate must be able to obtain the certification within first 90 days of employment)
