Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join client's growing team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that will optimize business processes and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and insights

- Develop and maintain predictive models to support business decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists in the team

- Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions

- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Experience with data governance and data quality management is a plus
