General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Sr. Developer's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. Sr.

Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Technical and Professional Experience:Minimum 8 years development experience on multiple platforms (.NET, C , Web API or SDK, OData, HTML5, CSS, React)5+ years working in Microsoft Power Apps platform, including Dynamics 365 (Sales), Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI5+ years working with data connections, formulas, and expressions within Power Apps5+ years working with JavaScript and TypeScriptSolid understanding of Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with Azure DevOps Additional Desirable Skills:3+ years working with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions, and REST servicesAbility to design, develop, and deploy Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls3+ years developing Power BI reports and dashboardsMicrosoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) certification Key Personal Attributes Include:Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.

Advanced ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Excellent communication skills with resources from varying levels within the organizationHighly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player. Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures and collaborate with other developers and business analysts in developing new software programs and applicationsParticipate in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, programming, testing, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting/resolutionDefine, develop, code, translate, test, analyze, and maintain new software programs and applications in support of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specsLiaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systemsOther duties as assigned by the Development Manager Compensation and Benefits:In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $98,400 to $137,750.
