Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Permanent Senior Counsel to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses a strong legal background, particularly in personal injury, defense, insurance defense, and litigation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the organization on a wide range of legal matters. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters, including personal injury, defense, insurance defense, and litigation.
2. Representing the company in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and managing litigation cases.
3. Collaborating with outside counsel on complex legal issues and coordinating legal activities.
4. Advising on legal risks and potential liabilities associated with various business decisions and strategies.
5. Ensuring the company's compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Participating in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
7. Keeping abreast of current legal trends and developments affecting the industry.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Senior Counsel position, you must possess the following:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on personal injury, defense, insurance defense, and litigation.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the industry.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
