Key Responsibilities
- Cost Analysis: Perform in-depth cost analysis, reviewing manufacturing costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements related to manufacturing costs.
- Streamlining the ERP system: Automating and auditing ERP system to ensure accuracy.
- Production reporting- daily reporting of efficiencies, downtime and material losses.
- Inventory reporting: Responsible for quarterly inventory reporting and costing, working with the plants to increase inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Bring 3+ years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software.
- Expert Knowledge: Have excellent knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Communication Skills: Possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: Showcase a keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
