About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project management and hardware engineering, delivering bespoke automation systems tailored to client needs. This position offers the opportunity to:

Lead and mentor a dynamic team of engineers from requirements gathering to specifications development and final deployment.

Showcase technical proficiency in automation solutions, including PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.

Directly engage with customers to identify needs and transform them into cutting-edge solutions.

Develop control system architectures, select components, and oversee the production of schematic diagrams and system documentation.

Ensure project success and client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering innovative automation solutions, either independently or by leading a team.

In-depth knowledge of control hardware, including design standards for motor control centers and hazardous area panel design.

Designing and implementing control system networks using industry-standard protocols (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNET, Modbus).

Acting as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and technicians.

Managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations, with a direct impact on project profitability.
