Job Details:
Our company is seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems that streamline our manufacturing processes. This role demands a high level of expertise in control system theory and industrial automation applications. The candidate must have a solid understanding of PLC, HMI, Control Panel, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Logix, RSLogix, RSView, Wonderware, Intellution, Schematic Design, P&ID, and SCADA.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement complex control systems to improve efficiency and safety in our manufacturing processes.
2. Design, program, and modify software for PLC and HMI systems using Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Logix, RSLogix, and RSView.
3. Create and update control system documentation including P&ID, schematic designs, and operation manuals.
4. Work closely with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues.
5. Provide technical support and training to the operations and maintenance teams.
6. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure that control systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project design.
7. Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
8. Ensure all control systems and processes comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
9. Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of control systems and recommend improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficient in PLC, HMI, Control Panel, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Logix, RSLogix, RSView, Wonderware, Intellution, Schematic Design, P&ID, and SCADA.
4. Strong knowledge of control system theory and industrial automation applications.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
9. Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards.
10. Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and methods in the field.
