Job Details

In this role you must have documented projects and experience (project list preferred) with K-12, firehouses, libraries, and public works projects.

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including pre-construction, design-build, project bidding, and final delivery.
2. Manage project budget and contract agreements, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the set parameters.
3. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
4. Utilize project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
5. Handle any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
6. Implement risk management processes and conduct risk assessments to minimize project risks.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
8. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
