This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Construction Management Administrator for our West Palm Beach, FL office. As the Senior Construction Manager, you will work independently supporting internal and external clients, vendors, project stakeholders, and partners throughout various stages of the project delivery. This opportunity requires a combination of skills that are essential to the success in achieving the goals expected, not only of the position but of the mission of WSP as well. Your Impact Proven working experience in construction management. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Proven ability to interface with various vendors, architects, engineers, contractors, field personnel and other project stakeholders through project execution, problem solving, monitoring the construction schedule, tracking submittals, requests for information (RFI's), and responses. Having expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards, applicable to the project. Experience working with Construction and Project Management software such as Project Site, Procore, eBuilder, etc. Possess the ability to oversee and manage multiple construction documents and procedures such as Construction Assurance Plan, Safety Plans, Hazard Analysis, QA and QC processes and Acceptance Plans. Possess the ability to monitor construction activities across various design disciplines that include civil, architecture, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, building technology engineering, and systems. Prepare and participate in weekly meetings with the project stake holders. Review of change orders and recommend issuance of field change orders. Review contract documents for potential A/E errors and omissions. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct related policies and procedures. Uphold workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Who You Are Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Construction Management, or other related discipline. 7-10 years of experience, OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in the construction project delivery methods. Understanding of construction scheduling utilizing Primavera P6. Proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows / Outlook / Microsoft Word and Excel.
