Job Details

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.

As a Senior CNC Lathe Setup Operator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Setting up and operating CNC lathes to perform precision machining operations.
2. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and production specifications.
3. Selecting and installing appropriate tools and attachments for the lathe machine.
4. Adjusting machine settings and controls to maintain accuracy and consistency in production.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Setup Operator or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in setting up and operating CNC lathes and other precision machining equipment.
3. Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical blueprints and production specifications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
