Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Assisting with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for new clients.
3. Preparing for and attending client meetings, providing key insights and updates on investment accounts.
4. Managing investment accounts, including the execution of trades, monitoring of account performance, and coordination of account-related paperwork.
5. Prioritize and successfully manage multiple simultaneous tasks with exceptional organizational skills
6. Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
7. Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and service to clients.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
2. Proven experience with client onboarding, meeting preparation, and investment account management.
3. Series 7, 66, 63, or 65 license preferred.
4. Experience in investment planning and a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
9. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
