Intro

We are seeking a passionate candidate with experience in CDP solutions and a solid understanding of data management. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting all data feeds/structures and how they relate to client CDPs (Customer Data Platform).

Responsibilities

As a Senior CDP Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain all data feeds/structures related to CDP platforms.

  • Monitor data feeds to ensure performance and data accuracy, implementing transformation automations as necessary.

  • Create and maintain data integrations, models, reporting connections, and audiences for use by Digital Commerce, Media, and CRM/CXM teams.

  • Utilize coding and programming methods to create data integrations and structures within the CDP, including designing and building data schemas to support secure data ingestion, transformation, automation, reporting, and modeling.

  • Optimize CDP integrations for performance and scalability, handling various data types and structures effectively.

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.

  • Communicate data management processes in non-technical language to stakeholders.

  • Perform additional duties and special tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

Experience Requirements
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms or Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, such as Salesforce Data Cloud, IBM InfoSphere, Segment, Amperity, or ActionIQ is a requirement.

  • Proven experience deploying at least two CDP projects end to end.

  • A solid understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or core Salesforce products is highly advantageous.

  • A strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex customer datasets.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business concepts.

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud data models.

  • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.

  • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation.
